Alisha started teaching in 2018 after working 5+ years in the International and US domestic fashion industry. She is currently a substitute teacher with the Lake Elsinore Unified School District and Murrieta Valley Unified School District helping to fine tune her classroom management skills. She also acts as a mentor for the Temescal Canyon High School Fashion Design Program who currently hold the title of Regional Champs in the FCCLA competition. In addition to mentoring, she also serves on the Fashion Design Advisory Board for Palomar College and Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
